Recently one of our members received a suspicious email titled “2022 Meter Changes.” The body of the email appeared to be a solar survey with the header “Trusted Solar Survey.” We believe this message is either part of an email phishing campaign or sent from a disreputable solar company. If you are a GreyStone member, no one should be removing or changing your meter other than a GreyStone employee or one of our authorized contractors. Contact GreyStone directly at solar@greystonepower.com if you receive an unexpected, suspicious email or phone call regarding your electric service and solar power, especially if the message requests your personal information.
