GreyStone offers a variety of billing options to help you manage your account.

Go paperless! View and pay your bill online. Through e-billing, members may sign up to receive an e-mail notification when their power bill is available online. A link is provided, taking members directly to their bill within GreyStone’s online billing system. For security purposes, logging in is required. Log into the member portal to sign up.

Level out your monthly electric costs over a 12-month period. GreyStone’s Levelized Billing program, available for non-Prepaid accounts, helps you take the guesswork out of your power bill and makes it easier for you to balance your budget. Click here to learn more.

Prepaid is a plan that offers the opportunity to pay when you want, in the amounts you want. Instead of receiving a traditional paper bill each month, usage is calculated daily. Learn more about PrePaid.

Payment Options

We offer several special programs to help make your electric bill payment process easier and more convenient for you. If you have more than one account with GreyStone and use your bank’s online bill pay service, please set up separate GreyStone payees for each account. Account numbers appear in the gray Service Information box(es) on the bill.

Please pay using the authorized pay methods described below. Using unauthorized pay methods may not be accepted or may take significantly longer to post to your account. Note that our payments are processed through Meridian, formerly known as SEDC.

You have another convenient way to pay that doesn’t require a computer or mobile device. Pay using cash (no change provided), check, debit or credit card. Just have your account number(s) handy or scan your bill stub, enter a few fields, and you’re all done. Click here for a full list of our kiosks.

Enjoy the freedom from having to write a check every month, and it’s free! As a convenience to our members we offer automatic bank debits for member accounts. Members may also make a one-time payment with an e-check; convenience fees apply.

By using GreyStone’s convenient automated payment system, members can sign up for FREE monthly credit/debit card drafts from their accounts. When setting up Auto Draft, be sure to complete both the Draft page and the Payment Profile page for Credit Card. You may also make One-Time Payments with a debit card, Visa/MasterCard/Discover credit cards; convenience fees apply. Click here to pay your bill now. Don't have a credit or debt card? Contact Go Energy Financial Credit Union to become a member, and ask them how to receive a card. They can be reached at 470-514-3000.

GreyStone’s Hiram office cashiers accept cash or paper check payments at the drive-up window. Due to security regulations, credit or debit cards cannot be accepted at the drive thru yet are accepted at the kiosk on site and inside the Member Services lobby at the cashier windows.

To pay by mail, detach your return coupon from your power bill and mail with payment.
