More Details
- A deposit may be required up front
- If electricity is turned off due to non-payment, disconnect/reconnect fees & a sufficient deposit will be required
- Accounts in good standing may be eligible for payment arrangements
- *** Deposits vary & are based on 2.5x the average of summer bills at each location (Jun-Oct)
- *** Deposits refund to the account after 18 months of consecutive on time payments
Time Frames
We need one business day notice for all new service or disconnect requests. All connects & disconnects are made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
Cost
There is a one-time $10 refundable membership fee & one-time $22 non-refundable processing fee for new service requests.
Payment Options
Payments may be made via Payment App, Online Member Portal, at a Kiosk, by Phone, or in Office
American Express is not accepted.
