Established in 1936 in Douglas County, we found ways to bring power to the communities we serve. We carry that mission while looking at how we can continue to improve our members' lives in the future.

One of our guiding principles is giving back to the communities we serve, which reflects our values. Many of our employees are also members served by the co-op and are committed to bettering the lives of their neighbors.

As a not-for-profit cooperative, we are passionately dedicated to seeing each other succeed through tuition reimbursement, and training and development opportunities. In addition, GreyStone offers competitive pay and benefits, on-the-job perks and paid opportunities to give back to the community.

Employee Collaboration

When people think of an electric utility they often think of our linemen. We have several other positions that also work in the field, including different levels of engineers, technicians, maintenance roles, and more.

We have support staff, administrators, cashiers, consultants, coordinators, directors, fabricators, mechanics, stock clerks and specialists.

For job opportunities, keep an eye on our LinkedIn page and the open positions linked at the top of this page.
