Have an outdoor light that needs maintenance? Use the map below to report the maintenance request following these instructions:

  1. Search for the light by entering a nearby address, the pole tag (click here to see an example of a pole tag), or light address in the search box below. 
  2. Outdoor lights are represented by a green dot on the map. Select the light that needs maintenance by clicking on the appropriate green dot.
  3. Complete the rest of the form by describing the issue and providing your contact information. Please allow 7-10 business days for the maintenance issue to be addressed.
