In order to qualify as a landlord, the following criteria must be met:
• Maintain an active account with us on a continuous basis.
• Maintain this account in good financial standing: no more than two late payments in previous twelve months and no returned payments.
• Have a minimum of three (3) rental properties on GreyStone Power's lines.
• Commercial locations are not eligible.
