Important update for members on disconnects

GreyStone Power understands the hardship that many of our members may face during the COVID-19 outbreak. The co-op has again extended the suspension of disconnections of service for residential members, which includes prepaid members, until April 30, 2020. This does not cancel your electric bill. Since balances will still accrue, members are encouraged to pay what they can to avoid accruing a large balance. GreyStone will continue to evaluate the situation and make adjustments as needed.

Many of our members are spending more time at home, which can mean using more electricity. If you are concerned about making payments, please reach out to GreyStone directly. We will work with members on a case-by-case basis. GreyStone always works with our members on managing their bills. Tips and tools for managing your energy use can be found on our website.

As a not-for-profit cooperative owned by the members we serve, GreyStone Power is dedicated to providing our members with reliable electric service at the lowest possible rates.

We continue to take steps to ensure the well-being of our members and employees. Stay tuned to our Facebook page and website for additional updates on our pandemic measures.
