Members who use our texting service to check their balance (BAL) or make a payment (PAY) should note that the service has moved to a new phone number. Going forward, those text requests should be sent to 844-415-5886. Please save this new number in your phone. The old short code is no longer in service. The functionality of text alerts will remain the same. 

Please note that this change does NOT impact the outage text alerts that members receive, which will still come from 81492. Members can continue texting OUT to 81492 as needed for outage updates.
