In an effort to provide more reliable service for our members, we began a project prior to COVID to upgrade our existing advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system. Due to inventory challenges with acquiring meters during the pandemic, the project slowed down, but is now gaining momentum. Learn more about the project in the podcast episode above.
