- The job is staked and the Engineering sends the project to Construction for scheduling.

- The developer will review the design, final lighting layout, and cost estimate.
- The second site meeting can be scheduled here, and all paperwork should be complete for primary power.

& Preparation
- The site should be at final grade and the right-of-way clear of all obstructions.
- GreyStone Power should be notified by the member once this is true.

Meeting
- This is the final site meeting before construction begins and will take place once locates and relevant inspections are completed by their respective organizations.
- Meeting should consist of members from Engineering and Operations.
