Outage Update 10/31/20 - 1 p.m.

During a massive outage like we have just experienced, many members will call in to report their outage. Each outage is connected to a device of sorts, which helps our system identify the location for our linemen. When a linemen closes the outage ticket, the system identifies that power has been restored for that device. If a member has not previously called in and is not part of that original outage group, OR if they are on another "device,” the member could receive a false notification that their power has been restored, when it really has not. If you receive notice that your power has been restored when it has not, give us a call to let us know that you are still without power. You can reach our Call Center at 770-942-6576.
