Disconnect update

GreyStone Power understands that times are hard right now as many of our members have been impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak. The co-op has extended the suspension of disconnections of service for residential members, which includes prepaid members, through June 7, 2020. This does not cancel your electric bill. Since balances will still accrue, members are encouraged to pay what they can to avoid accruing a large balance. GreyStone will continue to evaluate the situation and make adjustments as needed.

Our lobby and walk-in center remain closed at this time. Our drive-thru will remain open; however, all members are highly encouraged to conduct GreyStone business through our website, payment app or over the phone if possible.
