Billing Options

GreyStone offers a variety of billing options to help you manage your account.

 

  • E-billing: Go paperless! View and pay your bill online. Through e-billing, members may sign up to receive an e-mail notification when their power bill is available online. A link is provided, taking members directly to their bill within GreyStone’s online billing system without having to sign in separately. Click here to sign up.
  • Levelized Billing: Level out your monthly electric costs over a 12-month period. GreyStone’s Levelized Billing program helps you take the guess work out of your power bill and makes it easier for you to balance your budget. Click here to sign up.

Payment Options

We offer several special programs to help make your electric bill payment process easier and more convenient for you.

 

Important Notice:

  • All members currently using bank, credit card and debit card draft must re-enroll with their new account numbers!
  • All members using financial institutions to pay their bills must alert them of their new account numbers! Click here for more information.
  • FREE Automatic Bank Draft: Enjoy the freedom from having to write a check every month, and it’s free! As a convenience to our members we offer automatic bank debits for member accounts.
  • FREE Automatic Credit and Debit Card Drafts: By using GreyStone’s convenient automated payment system, members can sign up for monthly credit/credit card drafts from their accounts.
  • Office Payments: GreyStone’s Douglasville and Dallas office locations accept payments at the inside counter, drive-up payment window, or night deposit box.
  • Mail in Payment: To pay by mail, detach your return coupon from your power bill and mail with payment.

  • Pay by Phone: GreyStone’s phone payments may be made by calling 770-942-6576. Employees are on duty and the call center is open from 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Credit/Debit Card and E-Check Payments: Members may make a single-use payment by credit card, debit card or e-check online or by using our automated phone system. These services carry a $3.50 convenience fee for residential members and a $14.95 fee for business. Fees are paid directly to our payment processor Fiserv.
  • Online Bill Pay: Enjoy the convenience of paying your bill online! Automatic debit, credit and bank draft payments are FREE! You may also make payments with an e-check, debit card, select credit cards or check cards. Convenience fees apply. Click here to pay your bill now.
