Working for you…that is the heartbeat of GreyStone's Board of Directors who are elected by members at the Cooperative's Annual Meeting each second Saturday in October at the Cooperative main office. Through the directors, members make their voices heard concerning the operation of the electric cooperative they own. The Board hires a President/CEO who is responsible for management of the Corporation with the assistance of its 280 employees.

Currently serving as Chairman of GreyStone's Board is Calvin Earwood, who represents members in District 1: Paulding/Bartow Counties. Vice Chairman is John Walton, representing District 2: Paulding County. Secretary-Treasurer of the Board is Jennifer DeNyse, who represents District 5: Carroll and Douglas Counties. Other members of the Board of Directors are Charles Rutland, District 3: Douglas and Paulding Counties; Burnell Redding, District 4: Carroll and Douglas Counties; Jim Johns, District 8: Douglas County; Ed Garrard, District 9: Cobb County; Milton Jones, District 7: Fulton County and Maribeth Wansley, District 6: Fulton, Fayette and Coweta Counties.
